Our renovation procedure

Step 1: Contact

After you contact us, we’ll schedule an appointment to look at your project.
We prefer to meet with you in person to get a clear understanding of your vision and needs. During this meeting, we'll share our expertise and ideas, and make suggestions if needed.

Step 2: Estimate

Next, we’ll create a detailed estimate for your project. Here’s what it includes:

  • A breakdown of the project into different categories according to the timeline.

  • An explanation of the labor and material costs for each category.

  • Various options and prices for materials.

You'll be able to see how much each aspect of your project might cost. We provide estimates rather than fixed quotes, meaning you’ll only be charged for the hours worked and the materials used.
We prefer to work with high-quality, environmentally friendly materials whenever possible to ensure the longevity of your renovation.

Step 3: the renovation project

Once you decide to work with us, we'll sign a contract agreement.
During the renovation, we’ll send out weekly invoices to help you keep track of your budget. We’re flexible and will do our best to accommodate any changes or additions you’d like. If there are any changes, we'll update the estimate and send you a change order form outlining the new costs.

Step 4: Completion

When the renovation is finished, we’ll check in with you to see if you have any questions. We value your feedback and only consider our work done when you’re satisfied with the results.

All our projects come with a 4-year workmanship warranty. If any mistakes were made by our tradespeople, we’ll repair them at no extra charge for up to four years after the project is completed.

New Evolutions aligned the sub trades and ordering of parts needed in an expeditious manner. There were some surprises during demolition, such as concrete floors that needed to be removed. New Evolutions kept the project plan and budget updated with such changes.
