How to minimize dust during a renovation

Dust is inevitable during a renovation. So, it is important to us that other areas of your place are kept clean and protected while renovating your place. We spend the necessary time to properly protect your floors, walls and furniture before starting the remodel.

This is what we do to keep your place dust free:

Floor Coverings

We use floor coverings to ensure your floors are well protected

Plastic Zip Walls

This prevents dust from going into other areas

Fans

Occasionally, we use blower and exhaust fans with flexible ducts to remove any dust out of an area and replace it with fresh air.

Plastic coverings

We use plastic to cover up any furniture

We don’t like to use a lot of plastic, but sometimes it’s the only solution to effectively cover up any furniture and to assist in containing dust to one area.
We care about our environment, hence we reuse any plastic and cardboard as much as possible and recycle anything that can be recycled.
Other items still in good shape (e.g. furniture), we transport to a second hand store.
